The Equus Ecosystem is excited to highlight Weichert Workforce Mobility, an Ecosystem Partner Provider that delivers solutions for global mobility services. Since its foundation, over 50 years ago, Weichert has been a model of stability in the relocation industry. A privately held company shaped by the evolving needs of their clients, Weichert continuously invest in their people, new technologies and expanded capabilities.
Below, Tim McCarney, Vice President of Marketing for Weichert Workforce Mobility, shares his perspectives about Weichert’s evolution and success, as well as the strategic decision to team with Equus:
At Weichert, we “Make Work Happen” for our clients, a reflection of our unique ability to adapt to market shifts, and empower companies to attract, engage and unleash their talent worldwide. This brand identity is not just formed by the massive changes in the world of work, it is a manifestation of our company’s evolution and reflects Weichert’s growing reputation as a serial innovator.
In just the past two years, Weichert has released the multiple award-winning SMARTRIP program that helps companies improve global compliance and duty of care; Sumplicity, the app that elevates the user experience for relocating employees receiving lump sums; and the Stevie Award-winning Weichert Go, the industry’s most advanced, AI-powered mobility management platform offering dynamic analytics, interactive dashboards, “employee choice” benefits options and enhanced integration capabilities that herald a new standard in relocation technology. Complementing our technological superiority, Weichert is, first and foremost, a service organization. For nine consecutive years, we have received the highest net satisfaction rating from mobile employees in Trippel’s Annual Relocating Employee Survey.
We are proud to be part of the Equus Ecosystem as it furthers our goal of simplifying and automating the employee mobility process. We also share the Equus commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.”
