Although he studied journalism and advertising, Mark’s first job after college was a sales position at a small software company. Journalism’s loss was technology’s gain as Mark embarked on his software career and never looked back. In addition to sales, he has excelled in a variety of other positions, including business analyst, programmer and an independent consultant. Bolstered by his experience, Mark started Equus with co-founder Leonard Schuele in 1999. As CEO, Mark is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and overseeing all of its operations and business activities.

Earlier in her career, Vickie held increasingly senior positions in financial and technology auditing, first at a Big 4 firm and later at a top MNC. In those roles, she gained valuable experience in the areas of process and control management. As Equus’ VP of Tax Solutions, she is responsible for ensuring that the tax intelligence built-in to Equus solutions is always accurate and up-to-date.

Starting in 2005, he spent the first 6 years of his career in expat tax at one of the Big4, before moving in-house, to run mobility operations for a large multinational. This opportunity not only gave him a chance to help manage large-scale mobility policy, organization and process overhaul, but also brought with it a stint as an expat in Singapore. It was also the time that Oliver was first introduced to AssignmentPro as a mobility management solution. Moving back to the UK, Oliver spent 2 years heading up UK and global payrolls, before moving to Equus in 2015. Oliver’s varied experience from his roles in mobility, tax, payroll and technology all help him better understand clients’ needs, in order to get the best from their mobility software.

Right after college, Alyson used her degree in business management at some of the world’s largest insurance and financial services firms. So, she sought a different path, one where she could focus more on the human side of business. Alyson found it at Equus. As Client Services Director, she’s responsible for overseeing the company’s relationships with its clients, and ensuring that their Equus solutions are optimized and delivering maximum value.
