As a Director in the Solutions Consulting team, Tom is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of global workforce and mobility technology solutions. Having worked with programs at all stages of maturity, he brings a growth mindset to global mobility objectives and believes passionately about scalability, cross-functional integration, and future proofing. Tom is currently based in Dallas, TX where he lives with his wife and daughter. He is originally from the Lake District, UK and spent a number of years as an expatriate living in the Cayman Islands.

Growing up in South Africa, Scott received a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) focused in Finance from the University of South Africa. Now residing in London, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf when he is not working.
