Equus Tax Engine

Jennifer brings over 20 years of expertise in the mobility industry, with a focus on expatriate tax and program management. As Equus' Tax Leader, she ensures the accuracy of the tax intelligence embedded in our solutions while driving enhancements to our products and client satisfaction.

Her career began at a Big Four firm and later transitioned to in-house roles, where she implemented the Equus platform for a multinational corporation, achieving significant cost and process efficiencies in expatriate cost management. She also played a key role in developing the first automated global shadow payroll platform while working at a software company.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys quality time with her family, whether it’s fishing along the coast, hunting in West Texas, or cheering on her daughter at sports events.
