Tom has been with Equus Software for over three years, previously spending time in public accounting with the Big 4 advising clients on Global Mobility program management, policy design, and operating model efficiencies. As a Director in the Solutions Consulting team, Tom is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of global workforce and mobility technology solutions. Having worked with programs at all stages of maturity, he brings a growth mindset to global mobility objectives and believes passionately about scalability, cross-functional integration, and future proofing. Tom is currently based in Dallas, TX where he lives with his wife and daughter. He is originally from the Lake District, UK and spent a number of years as an expatriate living in the Cayman Islands.

Scott Turner is an experienced global mobility professional with more than 12 years of experience. Prior to joining Equus, he worked in the global mobility industry specializing in compensation and payroll. Scott has been with Equus for over 6 years and held multiple roles including a client services lead.  In his current role as a director at Equus Software, he owns all product marketing and internal/external learning activities and more recently has taken on the product management for our 2.0 products including Pinpoint, Equus Hub, and the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) app. The 2.0 team was formed to ensure Equus Software continues to invest in innovation with cutting-edge software solutions.

After 10 years with Arthur Anderson & PricewaterhouseCoopers where Gareth supported Client’s expatriate tax programs with UK & US expat tax, plus international social security compliance and advisory services, Gareth leveraged his Diploma in International Human Resource Management, to switch to managing in-house corporate cross-border programs for respected Employers within the Finance and Consulting industry – more latterly spending 7 years as the Head of Mobility for one of the UK’s iconic Aerospace / Manufacturing sector Employers.
