Crown World Mobility: Integration Partner with the Equus Ecosystem
We are excited to shine the spotlight this time on Crown World Mobility. Offering services that range from strategic assignment management, immigration and relocation, Crown is integrated with the Equus Ecosystem, and our mutual clients can benefit from service updates directly to Equus’ AssignmentPro global mobility software.
Crown’s story begins over 50 years ago, when Jim Thompson started the company and its first shipment set sail in Japan. Since then, Crown has grown into an extraordinary global business, helping millions of families relocate their lives throughout the world. As well as helping multinationals and international organizations better manage and leverage their talent across the entire assignment lifecycle. Present in over 45 countries, Crown works with all stakeholders to make it simpler to move individuals, teams and businesses anywhere, and is committed to making a positive difference everywhere and with everyone.
Below, Liana Ciatto, Vice President, Account Management, Crown World Mobility, shares her perspectives about Crown’s evolution and success, as well as the strategic decision to team with Equus:
“Crown was excited to be the first global mobility vendor to join the Equus Ecosystem in 2017. Through our four-year partnership, we’ve collaborated successfully to establish standard integrations that can easily be configured to meet our clients’ specific needs. As well as implement them quickly and cost effectively.”
Crown’s Product Owner, Integration, Matt Crockett adds:
“With the dynamics of international relocation changing so frequently and becoming increasingly complex, integrating mobility technology with clients is important to enable the efficient mobilization of talent. Our internal teams have really enjoyed the benefits of speed, simplicity and enhanced security that integration brings to an engagement.
Further, the integration allows us to protect personal information with strong encryption. It keeps data updates flowing to clients in real-time, so they know what is happening every step of the way during an assignment or relocation.
Being part of the Ecosystem has also enabled us to be more responsive, with automation providing improved experiences to our clients’ employees. We will continue to innovate alongside Equus to enhance our Ecosystem capabilities and create simpler relocation experiences for individuals, teams and entire businesses.”
