Tom has been with Equus Software for over three years, previously spending time in public accounting with the Big 4 advising clients on Global Mobility program management, policy design, and operating model efficiencies. As a Director in the Solutions Consulting team, Tom is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of global workforce and mobility technology solutions. Having worked with programs at all stages of maturity, he brings a growth mindset to global mobility objectives and believes passionately about scalability, cross-functional integration, and future proofing. Tom is currently based in Dallas, TX where he lives with his wife and daughter. He is originally from the Lake District, UK and spent a number of years as an expatriate living in the Cayman Islands.
