Managers manually typing details of who they want to move is never a good idea - inevitably there will be mistakes. With HR integration, managers can search for their employee and pull their data from the HR system, ensuring that it’s all correct and up-to-date.
You can limit the data that the manager can pull and whose data the manager would see - just like in your HR system. Data is pulled live and updated thereafter, so it doesn’t get out of sync.
Policy Auto-Selection
Tell users what policy applies, based on the move specifics limiting policy shopping by managers.
Some managers want to give more, some want to be just a little too cost efficient. Using policy auto-selection, the manager just enters details of the move - is it one way, what is the purpose, how long is it, etc. - and from there, AssignmentPro derives the relevant policy, or policies, based on your business rules.
You can add complex rules based on any data about the move or employee - or choose to keep it simple.
Package Selection & Modeling
Allow managers to model scenarios with flex package elements, within min/max limits - all while mandating core policy provisions.
Managers want to make their own decisions and that’s great - using core/flex they can flex what they give to their employees. Meaning they can give more of something they know the employee values and less of something they do not.
Managers are given flex elements based on the policy and any other rules you want to add - for example more flex for more senior employees. They also have a minimum and maximum amount, to keep them within limits, plus a recommended amount, to give them a hint in the correct direction.
The core element ensures that employees always get the basics that you determine, such as immigration, or tax support.
Using core/flex, managers can model as many different scenarios as they want, producing their own cost estimates based on their selections. They don’t need to bother the mobility team and they don’t need to wait for manual work to be done - everyone is happy!
Approval Workflow Automation
Automatically send initiations to the correct approvers, based on rules.
Making sure the correct people approve a new move is important. With approval automation, AssignmentPro uses rules to determine who needs to approve.
Approvals are sent via single use links, so the approver does not need to be a user of AssignmentPro. The optional approval rounds feature allows you to specify the approval order, meaning that approver 2 will only be notified once approver 1 has approved. Alternatively, all approvals can be sought at once.
Vendor Service Automation
Getting vendors working on a new case is important, delays are bad, and forgotten instructions even worse.
With service order automation, AssignmentPro automatically initiates the vendor when the move is approved, or the service is authorized.
Using the Equus Ecosystem, instructions are sent instantly and any updates to/from the vendor are available to mobility, HR and the employee.
Employee Tasks & Service Status
Employees can view tasks, service entitlements and service status.
Employees can manage their move via the the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) app, or via desktop, including:
- View the what's happening timeline of upcoming events and tasks
- Upload/download documents
- Make elections for benefits, confirm agreements
- Sign documents via DocuSign
- Update personal, family and banking information via profile
- View vendor data and support entitlements

Employee Elections
Let employees choose the flex elements of their package.
With employee elections, employees make elections or decisions around their package.
- Elections can be subject to budgets and cash out payments can be calculated for any leftover budget
- Elections can be automatically generated when triggered
- Election amounts can be automatically sent to payroll, cost estimates etc.
Employee Delegates
Employees can add delegates to help them manage their move.
Delegates allow employees to share their move details with their families, keeping everyone in the loop.
Delegates have almost the same permissions as employees, the only limits being they cannot create other delegates or sign DocuSign documents.
Employee Budgets
Automated budgets allow employees to make expense claims and view amount remaining.
Where employees elect to receive a budget for a service, employee budgets allow the employee to claim against the budget and see how much is remaining.
Budgets can be set to automatically calculate, open and close, or they can be manually created.
DocuSign
DocuSign allows employees to view and sign documents online.
Using DocuSign, employees, HR and Managers can all sign documents conveniently online. Documents can be created and sent from AssignmentPro, using built in DocuSign integration.
