Equus Ecosystem Partner Spotlight: Fragomen

The Ecosystem Team is delighted to highlight Fragomen as one of our  Ecosystem Partner Providers. The Equus and Fragomen relationship is a long standing one. Most recently we have completed and implemented an enhanced standard API connection, which allows for quicker and more robust connections with clients within our global mobility software.

Established in 1951, Fragomen has experienced growth from a domestic US immigration law practice to a global organization. As a leading immigration services provider, their focus is on extending their service capabilities and global presence to meet their client’s needs and market demands.

Below, Ryan Gradke, Application Development Director, shares his perspectives about Fragomen’s evolution and success, as well as the strategic decision to team with Equus:

Fragomen has long been involved in integrating technology solutions with and on behalf of clients. Through our journey of using technology to provide immigration solutions, we have found that reducing the number of times an individual must provide data makes their experience better and results in better data quality.

As immigration needs continue to evolve around the world, the pace of quality data collection and delivery will become more important. Collaborating with the Equus Ecosystem has been an integral part of highlighting the importance of immigration within global mobility. The integrations between Equus and Fragomen enable clients to more easily and more quickly put immigration requests into the hands of our attorneys and legal teams. This results in even better service and more visibility of immigration processes across the global mobility landscape for those clients.

In the future, we envision continuing the exchange of data and processes with the Equus Ecosystem. Further, we intend to leverage new technologies and business intelligence which will allow us to further refine processes to be smarter about the nuances in immigration processes and services from one country to the next.
