Several significant new features have been added to the GROW™ line of mobility software including Business Process Management (BPM), Online Employee Expense Entry and tax gross-up, making GROW™ the only end-to-end global operating system for Relocation Management Companies and in-house International Assignment/Relocation departments.

GROW™, and its international assignment module AssignmentPro™, deliver a powerful set of tools to the relocation program manager and mobile professional alike. Improving Service Delivery With GROW™

BPM provides tremendous benefits to GROW™ customers. Tasks that were previously done manually, such as sending emails to clients or suppliers, can be automated with little or no interaction from the front-line counselor - leaving them more time to assist employees. Critical information such as visa / work permit expirations and days-in-country can be continuously monitored to ensure costly legal assistance and tax concerns won’t become last minute issues. The system even reacts to seasonal changes in demand for services – useful when calculating the lead time required to book a household goods move or other services.

In addition to BPM, the software’s web portals offer a unique experience to transferees, assignees, clients, vendors and corporate payroll managers. The portals are completely configurable by client, which means no expensive custom programming is required. Online Employee Expense Entry lets mobile professionals track expenses as they are incurred, submit expense statements and scanned receipts as well as view status changes for each expense report submitted, resulting in a significant reduction in data keying errors and an acceleration in expense payment processing.
